1. Kale, stemmed and finely chopped - 2 bunches
2. Lemon, juiced - 1
3. Ripe avocados, mashed - 2
4. Grape tomatoes, quartered - 1 pint
5. Green onions, sliced - 1 bunch
6. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
7. Garlic, diced - 6 cloves
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Kale Salad with Avocado

Combine kale and lemon juice in a bowl. Vigorously massage kale by squeezing handfuls for about 1 minute. Add avocados, tomatoes, and green onions.
