2. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
3. Olive oil - ¼ cup
4. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
5. Pine nuts - 2 ounces
6. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 ounces
7. Light cream - 1 pint
