1. Butter 2 tablespoons
2. Chopped cooked ham 12 ounces
3. Onion, chopped 1 medium
4. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
5. Cabbage, cored and chopped ½ medium head
6. Chicken broth 1 cup
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Fried Ham and Cabbage

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ham and onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent, about 8 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

2 . Stage

Add cabbage; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add broth and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 8 minutes.

3 . Stage

Uncover and continue to cook until cabbage is tender, about 5 more minutes.
