1. Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed - 2 (15 ounce) cans
2. Black beans, drained and rinsed - 2 (15 ounce) cans
3. (packed) chopped fresh mint - ½ cup
4. (packed) chopped fresh parsley - ½ cup
5. Chopped onion - ½ cup
6. Grape tomatoes, halved - 1 pint
7. Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped - 1
8. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
9. Olive oil - ¼ cup
10. Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
11. Apple cider vinegar - 5 tablespoons
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 5 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Balela Salad

1. Stage

In a salad bowl, lightly mix together the garbanzo beans, black beans, mint, parsley, onion, and grape tomatoes.

2. Stage

Place the jalapeno pepper, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar into a blender, and blend until thoroughly combined. Pour the dressing over the salad, and toss to mix; sprinkle with salt and black pepper to serve.
