Ingredients for - Hot Clam Dip

1. Minced clams, drained - 2 (6.5 ounce) cans
2. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
3. Butter - ½ cup
4. Small onion, minced - 1
5. Green bell pepper, minced - ½
6. Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon
7. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
8. Hot pepper sauce - 1 dash
9. Ground cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
10. Dried bread crumbs, seasoned - ½ cup
11. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ½ cup
12. Paprika - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Hot Clam Dip

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine minced clams and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Combine butter, onion, bell pepper, parsley, oregano, hot sauce, and red pepper in a medium-sized saucepan. Stir vegetables over medium-low heat until butter is melted. Mix in clams and breadcrumbs.

Pour mixture into an ovenproof baking dish. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
