1. A hen - 1500 gram
2. Orange - 1 PC.
3. Garlic - 4 clove
4. Salt - 1.5 Tsp
5. Black pepper - 0.5 Tsp
6. Olive oil - 2 tbsp
7. Honey - 2 tbsp

How to cook deliciously - Chicken on a pillow of orange and garlic

1. Stage

Wash and dry the chicken well. Cut lengthwise along the back.

2. Stage

Open the chicken so that the breast is in the middle. Rub it with salt (0.5 tsp.) and crushed black pepper on both sides.

Wash the orange. Cut it into orange slices. Crush the garlic cloves with a flat knife.

Make a foil tub: Lay two sheets of foil horizontally, one sheet on top of the other vertically, tucking the edges slightly so that you have a sort of "tub". Grease the foil with a little oil. Place the garlic and oranges.

Place the chicken on top of the garlic-orange pillow. Brush it with olive oil. Wrap on all sides with the edges of the foil and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.

Mix 2 tbsp. honey with 1 tsp. salt. Open our chicken. By this time, it will have released its juice. Add a few spoonfuls of this juice (4-5) to the honey-salt mixture, mix. And with this mixture (1/3) grease the chicken. Send again to the oven at 210 degrees (do not cover with foil). In 10 minutes repeat procedure of coating... And again in 10 minutes. If your oven is too crispy, you can cover the necessary places with foil.
