How to cook deliciously - Hazelnut Pate
1. Stage
The nuts, garlic, herbs are ground on a meat grinder. If you want a more homogeneous mass, then twist two more times, but once is also good.

Soak the loaf in milk, so that the loaf completely absorbs the milk. Lightly squeeze, twist into the nut mixture and mix well.
3. Stage
Add lemon juice and vegetable oil (fragrance-free or slightly fragrant refined) to the nut mixture. I add either olive oil or cedar oil, both of which are very tasty.
4. Stage
Mix the mass well and the pâté is ready. You can spread it on bread and butter, very tasty. This is my first recipe, don't judge it too harshly. Bon appetit!
