2. Scallions, finely sliced 6
3. Chopped fresh dill ½ cup
4. Olive oil 4 tablespoons
5. Red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons

Wash and dry romaine lettuce. Lay leaves on a cutting board and slice lengthwise across the leaves, shredding them into 1/4-inch strips.
