Ingredients for - Scallops and Spinach over Pasta

1. Spaghetti - 12 ounces
2. Bay scallops, raw - 3 pounds
3. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed - 1 (10 ounce) package
4. Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
5. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
6. Water - ¼ cup
7. Garlic powder to taste - ¼ cup
8. Salt and pepper to taste - ¼ cup
9. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Scallops and Spinach over Pasta

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Stage

In a medium skillet, saute spinach in olive oil until heated through. Add lemon juice, garlic powder and water.

3. Stage

Add scallops and cook for 3 minutes or until done. Be careful not to overcook. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Stage

Place strained spaghetti in dish and place the scallops and sauce on top. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
