3. Onion, minced - 1 large
4. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
5. Sliced peaches in syrup, chopped - 1 (15 ounce) can
6. Chopped plum tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
7. Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
8. Cream - 1 cup
9. Vegetable broth - 1 cup
10. Salt and black pepper to taste - 1 cup
11. Lettuce, chopped - 2 cups
12. Shelled, cooked shrimp - 2 cups
