4. Eggplant, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices 1 large

1 . Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and oil together in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add eggplant slices and turn several times to coat.
