Ingredients for - Easy Baked Chicken Wings

1. Chicken wings - 3 pounds
2. Eggs, beaten - 2
3. All-purpose flour for coating - ½ cup
4. Oil for frying - ¾ cup
5. Margarine - ¼ cup
6. Soy sauce - 6 tablespoons
7. Water - 6 tablespoons
8. White sugar - 2 cups
9. Vinegar - 1 cup
10. Monosodium glutamate (MSG) - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Easy Baked Chicken Wings

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Pour egg beat into a shallow dish or bowl; do the same with the flour. Heat oil and margarine in a large, deep skillet over medium high heat. Dip wings in egg, then flour, then fry until browned and crisp. Lay browned wings in an 11x14 inch baking dish.

To Make Sauce: In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar and MSG. Blend well and pour sauce over chicken.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
