Ingredients for - Easy Baked Chicken Wings

1. Chicken wings 3 pounds
2. Eggs, beaten 2
3. All-purpose flour for coating ½ cup
4. Oil for frying ¾ cup
5. Margarine ¼ cup
6. Soy sauce 6 tablespoons
7. Water 6 tablespoons
8. White sugar 2 cups
9. Vinegar 1 cup
10. Monosodium glutamate (MSG) 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Easy Baked Chicken Wings

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Pour egg beat into a shallow dish or bowl; do the same with the flour. Heat oil and margarine in a large, deep skillet over medium high heat. Dip wings in egg, then flour, then fry until browned and crisp. Lay browned wings in an 11x14 inch baking dish.

3 . Stage

To Make Sauce: In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar and MSG. Blend well and pour sauce over chicken.

4 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
