8. Pumpkin Puree 2 cups
9. Whole wheat flour 2 ½ cups
10. Baking powder 1 ½ teaspoons
11. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
12. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
13. Sea salt ½ teaspoon
14. Ground cardamom ½ teaspoon
15. Ground cloves ¼ teaspoon
16. Ground nutmeg 1 dash

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 loaf pans with cooking spray.
