Ingredients for - Mulberry Bars

1. All-purpose flour 1 cup
2. Unsalted butter, softened ½ cup
3. Powdered sugar 3 tablespoons
4. Finely chopped pecans 1 cup
5. Brown sugar ½ cup
6. White sugar ½ cup
7. All-purpose flour ¼ cup
8. Eggs, lightly beaten 2 large
9. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
10. Baking powder ½ teaspoon
11. Salt ¼ teaspoon
12. Fresh mulberries 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Mulberry Bars

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar for crust until smooth. Pat into the bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

4 . Stage

While the crust is baking, prepare topping: Mix pecans, brown and white sugars, flour, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until well combined. Fold in mulberries.

Remove crust from the oven. Spread topping over the crust and bake for another 25 minutes.

Let cool for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting into 12 bars.
