1. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Onion, thinly sliced - 1 medium
3. Zucchinis, cut into thin strips - 2 medium
4. Teriyaki sauce - 2 tablespoons
5. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
6. Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
7. Ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Japanese Zucchini and Onions

1. Stage

Warm the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions, and cook 5 minutes. Add zucchini, and cook, stirring, about 1 minute. Stir in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Cook until zucchini are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in ground pepper, and serve immediately.
