From the second large piece also roll out an oval-shaped piece, put a roll with apples on top, seam side down. Cut the loose ends into strips, about 1 cm wide, and alternating them, braid.

From the remaining large part of the dough, form 4 plaits. Make a braid of them (leftmost braid in the middle, then overlap the rightmost braid and so on to the end) From the small part to form a braid and roll it into a spiral.
