6. Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon
7. Red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon
8. All-purpose flour 3 tablespoons
9. Whole milk 2 cups

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat; stir in onion. Cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes.
