Ingredients for - Chicken Chili Soup

1. Diced chicken breast meat - 1 ¾ pounds
2. Green bell peppers, diced - 2
3. Red bell peppers, diced - 2
4. Onion, diced - 1
5. Frozen corn kernels - ½ cup
6. Kidney beans with liquid - 4 (15 ounce) cans
7. Diced tomatoes - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
8. Tomato sauce - 1 (15 ounce) can
9. Water - 2 cups
10. Chili powder - 2 teaspoons
11. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
12. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon
14. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Chili Soup

1. Stage

Coat a large pot with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Cook and stir chicken, bell peppers and onion until chicken is brown and peppers are just tender. Stir in corn, beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Season with chili powder, parsley, garlic powder, cayenne and cumin. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
