1. Potatoes, cut into bite-sized chunks - 1 pound
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Cremini mushrooms, trimmed and halved - 1 pound
4. White onion, chopped - ½
5. Honey - 1 tablespoon
6. Dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon
7. Dried thyme - ½ teaspoon
8. Dried sage - ⅛ teaspoon
9. Dry mustard powder - 1 pinch
10. Garlic powder - 1 pinch
11. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Honey-Roasted Potatoes and Mushrooms

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place potato chunks into a 9x13-inch baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and toss potatoes to coat.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

4. Stage

Remove from oven, and stir cremini mushrooms, onion, honey, rosemary, thyme, sage, mustard powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the potatoes.

Return baking dish to oven and bake until mushrooms and potatoes are tender, about 15 more minutes.
