How to cook deliciously - Grilled Sudak
1. Stage
I marinaded pikeperch fillets. First I rubbed the pieces with spices - fish seasoning on both sides and salt. Then coated each piece on both sides with honey. I poured olive oil on them.

Covered with a lid and let stand for 40 minutes.

I turned on the grill oven. Placed the pieces of pikeperch on the oven rack. On each piece I put two half-slices of lemon. In the preheated oven to t-200 C put the grill rack with the fish under the grill for 15 minutes. I put a tray underneath to drip oil and juice from the pikeperch there.

The fish is ready. That's the beauty of it.

I served the fish with fresh vegetables and young boiled potatoes. I sprinkled herbs and olive oil.
