1. Yukon Gold potatoes 5 large
2. Cucumber, chopped 1 large
3. Celery, chopped 5 stalks
4. Red onion, chopped 1 large
5. Green olives with pimento, chopped ¾ cup
6. Olive oil ¼ cup
7. Red wine vinegar ½ cup
8. Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Mom's Italian Potato Salad

1 . Stage

Place potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
