2. Minced garlic - ¼ cup
3. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
4. Plain yogurt - ⅓ cup
5. Sour cream - ⅓ cup
6. Diced English cucumber - 1 cup
7. Chopped fresh mint - ¼ cup
8. Chopped fresh dill - ¼ cup
9. Chopped fresh cilantro - 3 tablespoons
10. Red pepper flakes - 1 ½ tablespoons
11. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 ½ tablespoons

Combine avocados, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl; mash into a paste using a fork or spoon. Mix in yogurt and sour cream. Stir in cucumber, mint, dill, cilantro, red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
