2. Rice vinegar - 1 cup
3. Sugar - 1 cup
4. Fresh ginger root, minced - 2 teaspoons
5. Hot chile pepper, minced - 2 teaspoons
6. Ketchup - 2 teaspoons
7. Garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon
8. Cornstarch - 2 teaspoons
9. Water, or as needed - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Chili Thai Sauce

1. Stage

Pour water and vinegar into a saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in sugar, ginger, chile pepper, ketchup, and garlic; simmer for 5 minutes.

Place cornstarch in a small bowl; mix in water until smooth. Whisk cornstarch mixture into chili sauce.

3. Stage
