7. Earl Grey tea bags - 6
8. Unsalted butter, melted halfway - ½ cup
9. Eggs - 2
10. Water - 1 teaspoon
11. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
