How to cook deliciously - Romanian pork
1 . Stage
Cut the meat into slices as for chops, beat with a hammer, salt and pepper to taste.

Beat the eggs with a fork, add tomato paste, salt and spices, mix and add half the chopped herbs, half the grated cheese, pour in the flour, mix everything well.

Roll the pork first in flour, then in the prepared breading. Fry in a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil for about 2 minutes on each side.
