8. All-purpose flour - 1 cup
9. Whole wheat flour - ½ cup
10. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
11. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
12. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
13. Salt - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 18 muffin cups or line with silicone baking cups.
