3. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
4. Baking soda - ¼ teaspoon

6. Egg yolk - 1
7. Sour cream - 1 cup
8. Coconut milk - ¼ cup
9. Chopped fresh pineapple - ¾ cup
10. Unsalted butter, melted - 5 tablespoons
11. Large egg whites, beaten - 2
