1. Potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks - 4 medium
2. Zucchini, quartered and cut into large pieces - 2 medium
3. Red bell pepper, seeded and chopped - 1 medium
4. Dry bread crumbs - ½ cup
5. Olive oil - ¼ cup
6. Garlic, sliced - 1 clove
7. Paprika to taste - 1 clove
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 clove
