4. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
5. Sea scallops, patted dry - 1 pound
6. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
7. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
8. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
9. Italian seasoning - 2 teaspoons
10. 8 wooden skewers - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Sea Scallop and Shiitake Skewers

1. Stage

Place mushrooms in a bowl. Add soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir to coat.

Place scallops, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a separate bowl. Stir to coat.

Soak wooden skewers in water while mushrooms and scallops marinate for 30 minutes.
