1. Tomatoes, halved lengthwise - 8
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Garlic, minced, or to taste - 2 cloves
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 cloves

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Tomatoes

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Drizzle olive oil over the cut-sides of tomatoes. Sprinkle with garlic; season with salt and black pepper.

3. Stage

Cook tomatoes, cut-sides up, on the preheated grill until they start to sizzle and show blackened grill marks, about 4 minutes. Flip tomatoes over and continue grilling until garlic turns golden brown, about 3 more minutes.
