Ingredients for - Sweet Potato and Red Lentil Soup

1. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
2. Onion, chopped 1
3. Sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped 2 large
4. Carrots, chopped 3
5. Garlic, minced 4 large cloves
6. Garam masala 1 tablespoon
7. Seasoned salt ¼ teaspoon
8. Cayenne pepper ⅛ teaspoon
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ⅛ teaspoon
10. Chicken broth 2 (16 ounce) cans
11. Water 3 cups
12. Chopped fresh spinach 4 cups
13. Red lentils 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Potato and Red Lentil Soup

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium-low heat. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add sweet potatoes, carrots, garlic, garam masala, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Add broth and water. Bring to a boil and cook until flavors start to blend, about 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

Add spinach and lentils; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until lentils are soft, 15 to 20 minutes.
