Ingredients for - Red Cabbage

1. Water ¾ cup
2. Red cabbage, finely shredded 1 small head
3. Apples - peeled, cored and chopped 3
4. Distilled white vinegar 1 cup
5. Packed brown sugar ¼ cup
6. Butter, divided 2 tablespoons
7. Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
8. Ground allspice ¼ teaspoon
9. Ground cloves ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Red Cabbage

1 . Stage

Place water in a large saucepan over high heat. Stir in cabbage, apples, vinegar, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender, about 45 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon butter before serving.
