2. Minced onion - ⅓ cup
3. White sugar - ⅓ cup
4. Distilled white vinegar - ¼ cup
5. Ground cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, mix the mint, onion, sugar, vinegar, cayenne pepper and salt. Cover the mixture and refrigerate 2 hours, or until chilled.
