1. Crushed tomatoes 1 (28 ounce) can
2. Firm tofu, drained and cut into 1/2-inch cubes 1 (8 ounce) container
3. Water 3 cups
4. Chopped bell peppers 1 ½ cups
5. Drained canned corn kernels 1 ¼ cups
6. Chopped carrots 1 ¼ cups
7. Peppers, hot chili, green, canned, pods, excluding seeds, solids and liquids ½ cup
8. Onion Powder 1 tablespoon
9. Garlic powder 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Chili powder 1 ½ tablespoons
11. Ground cumin 1 ½ tablespoons
12. Kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15 ounce) can
13. Lima beans, drained 1 (15 ounce) can
14. Original or unsweetened Almond Breeze Almondmilk 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Meatless Chili

1 . Stage

Combine tomatoes, tofu, water, bell peppers, corn, carrots, chile peppers, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin in a large pot over high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, 30 to 45 minutes.

2 . Stage

Add kidney and lima beans; continue simmering until heated through, 10 to 15 minutes. If chili sauce is too liquidy, stir in vegetable protein until desired thickness is reached.
