1. Stage
Boil 3 eggs, peel and grate them on a coarse grater. Finely chop 2 onions, fry until golden in vegetable oil, put them on a paper towel and let the excess oil drain off. Mix the eggs and onions.

Add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to the mince. Knead the minced meat well. You can add your favorite ingredients to the mince. I wrote that I added ;-). Lay out the cling film and spread the stuffing on it, and on top of the stuffing spread the prepared egg and onion mixture. Using clingfilm, roll it all up and put it all in the freezer for a few hours.

The roll should freeze to the point where you can cut it and it won't fall apart. Let's cut our roll into pieces (I cut off the necessary number of pieces from it, and put the rest back into the freezer). Yes, you do not need to defrost the cutlets, just that they would thaw a little while you prepare the batter.

Now make a thick batter from 1 egg, flour, salt and water. Dip our cutlets in the batter and send to a frying pan with heated oil.

Fry in a fairly large amount of oil and over medium heat (even closer to minimum), so that the cutlets have time to fry. I fried under a closed lid. After a while, turn the cutlets over.
