1. Sweet Italian sausage, casings removed - 1 pound
2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Beef broth - 5 cups
5. Tomatoes - peeled, seeded and chopped - 4 large
6. Tomato sauce - 1 (8 ounce) can
7. Thinly sliced carrots - 1 cup
8. Water - ½ cup
9. Red wine - ½ cup
10. Packed fresh basil leaves - ½ tablespoon
11. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
12. Sliced zucchini - 1 ½ cups
13. Chopped fresh parsley - 3 tablespoons
14. Fresh tortellini pasta - 8 ounces

1. Stage
