1. Kiwis, peeled and sliced - 2
2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
4. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
5. Salt - 2 tablespoons
6. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
7. Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
8. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
9. Country-style pork ribs - 1 (3 pound) package

How to cook deliciously - Kiwi-Lime Pork Ribs

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Blend kiwis, sugar, vinegar, lime juice, salt, chili powder, cornstarch, and garlic in a blender until thickened into a sauce.
