1. Corn, unhusked 6 ears
2. Unsalted butter 6 tablespoons
3. Crumbled Cotija cheese ¼ cup
4. Chopped fresh cilantro ¼ cup
5. Limes, juiced 2
6. Chili powder 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Mexican Street Corn

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Roast corn, in husks, directly on the oven rack in the preheated oven until tender and cooked through, 40 to 45 minutes.

3 . Stage

Peel down husks and rub each ear of corn with 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle each with cotija cheese, cilantro, lime juice, and chili powder.
