8. Lean ground beef - 2 pounds
9. Diced onion - ½ cup
10. Chopped cilantro - ½ cup
11. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
12. Lime, juiced - ½
13. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
14. Monterey Jack cheese - 6 slices
15. Hamburger buns, split and toasted - 6

How to cook deliciously - Guacamole Cilantro Lime Cheeseburger

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat.

2. Stage

Make the guacamole: Mash avocado, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, garlic, and salt together in a medium bowl.

Make the burgers: Mix ground beef, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and chili powder together in a large bowl. Form meat into 6 patties.
