Ingredients for - Sweet Potato Gratin

1. Cooking spray -
2. Heavy cream - 2 cups
3. Unsalted butter - ½ stick
4. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
5. Chopped fresh parsley, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
6. Fresh thyme leaves, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
7. Minced fresh sage, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
8. Minced fresh rosemary, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
9. Sea salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Ground black pepper - ¾ teaspoon
11. Sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced - 3 pounds
12. Shredded Gruyere cheese - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Potato Gratin

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Stage

Combine cream, butter, and garlic in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer; remove from heat and mix in parsley, thyme, sage, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

3. Stage

Arrange 1/2 of the sweet potato slices in the prepared baking dish; cover with 1/2 of the Gruyere cheese. Pour cream mixture on top. Arrange remaining sweet potato slices over the cream. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
