Ingredients for - Clementine-Jalapeno-Cranberry Relish

1. Fresh cranberries - 2 pounds
2. Clementines, zested and juiced - 7
3. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced - 1 large
4. Water - 1 ½ cups
5. Dark brown sugar - 1 cup
6. Kosher salt - 1 tablespoon
7. Ground cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
8. Ground black pepper - 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Ground cloves - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Clementine-Jalapeno-Cranberry Relish

1. Stage

Combine cranberries, clementines, jalapeno, water, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, black pepper, and cloves in a saute pot and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes.

2. Stage

Remove from heat, pour into desired serving dish, and chill until the temperature reaches 40 degrees F (4 degrees C) or below.
