Ingredients for - Citrus-Ricotta Oats

1. Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked) - ½ cup
2. Water - 1 cup
3. Reduced-fat ricotta cheese - ¼ cup
4. Grated orange zest - ½ teaspoon
5. Honey - 1 teaspoon
6. Fresh orange segments - 3
7. Coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted if desired - 2 teaspoons
8. Light brown sugar - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Citrus-Ricotta Oats

1. Stage

In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in oats. Cook uncovered over medium heat, 1 minute for Quick Oats, 5 minutes for Old Fashioned Oats, stirring occasionally until most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in ricotta, orange zest, and honey. Top with orange segments, walnuts, and brown sugar.
