7. Water - 6 cups
8. Bay leaves - 2
9. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
10. Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
11. Cajun seasoning - 1 teaspoon
12. Cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon
13. Dried sage - ¼ teaspoon
14. Andouille sausage, sliced - 1 pound
15. Water - 4 cups
16. Long grain white rice - 2 cups
