3. Artichoke hearts, drained and halved 1 (14 ounce) can

7. Tomato sauce 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Diced tomatoes 1 (14.5 ounce) can
9. Pitted and roughly chopped Kalamata olives (Optional) ½ cup

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook beef in hot oil until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer beef to a slow cooker.
