Ingredients for - Garbage Soup

1. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
2. Potatoes, diced - 6
3. Diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
4. Onion, chopped - 1
5. Chopped celery - 1 cup
6. Beef broth - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
7. Mixed vegetables - 2 cups
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 cups
9. Dried rosemary - ⅛ tablespoon
10. Dried thyme - ⅛ tablespoon
11. Dried basil - ¼ tablespoon
12. Bacon - cooked and crumbled - ½ pound

How to cook deliciously - Garbage Soup

1. Stage

In a large stock pot place beef, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, celery, broth and vegetables. Add enough water to cover ingredients, cover pot and cook over medium heat for 1 hour or until vegetables are soft and beef is cooked through.

2. Stage

Season to taste with salt and pepper, rosemary, thyme and basil. Add bacon bits, stir and serve.
