How to cook deliciously - Perfect baked potatoes
1 . Stage
I took young potatoes, so I did not cut off the skin, but just washed them well with a brush. If you have "old" potatoes, peel them. There's no need to cut them into pieces. Then pour water and boil on high heat after boiling for 7-8 minutes.

Remove in a colander. Dry with a napkin. Salt and pepper.

Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil (if you want, you can replace it with butter) into a mold (I covered it with foil), roll the potatoes in it a bit.

Place the potatoes in a single layer, send them to the preheated oven (200 g) for 30 minutes.

Prepare our aromatic spice mixture. Take fresh or dried rosemary, basil and other herbs at your discretion, add a tbsp of vinegar and a tbsp of olive oil and stir. Add bay leaf and garlic cloves. Do not peel the garlic!
6 . Stage
After 30 minutes, take out the potatoes. An interesting point: take a mashing pusher and lightly press each potato to make it knead a little. Then pour the flavorful mixture and put them back in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

We take the potatoes out of the oven, amazed at the wonderful flavor and beautiful, ruddy crust!
