Pass the boiled liver through a meat grinder. You can take any liver, not necessarily goose liver.

Add grated egg to the liver, mix.

Add the remaining garlic, mayonnaise (sour cream) and salt to taste. Stir to combine.

Roll balls of liver mass, putting in the middle of each cheese mass. You will get a ball with a surprise.
