1 . Stage
Cut 10 slices of loaf, dip each slice, turning quickly, in the milk on both sides.

Fry the croutons on both sides in oil.

Place 5 of them on a greased frying pan with a cucumber sliced into it. I have an old frying pan from my grandmother, with a detachable handle, and she used it to fry pancakes in the oven. Well, that's the lyrical digression.

Put the ham on top.

On top of it is a circle of smoked cheese. It is the smoked cheese here that gives a special smoky note that imbues the whole dish with a special flavor and makes it taste like a pizza! Without it, the flavor would be less bright and delicious.

In between the croutons we put tomato slices and sprinkle them with finely chopped bell peppers.

On top lay the next layer of croutons and all the stuffing repeat as above.

On top of all garnish with tomato slices.

Make the filling: mix eggs and milk into a homogeneous mass, salt to taste.
