How to cook deliciously - Caramel pudding
1. Stage
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the milk, eggs and condensed milk. Whisk with the whisk attachment until smooth.
2. Stage
Grease the molds with butter and put them in a deep mold.
3. Stage
Fill the molds with the mixture (two molds were enough for me in the end), not reaching the edges. Fill the large mold with hot water (to the middle of the small molds).
4. Stage
Place in a preheated 180g oven and cook for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and leave the forms in the oven until completely cooled. The pudding will rise after cooking, but will settle after it has cooled. BON APPETIT!!!
