How to cook deliciously - Meat soufflé
1. Stage
Fill a stale bun with milk.
2. Stage
Chop the onion with a blender or grate it with a fine grater. Measure the semolina and spices (I use spices for minced meat).
3. Stage
In a bowl put the minced meat (I have pork and beef) and pour the cream.
4. Stage
Add the pressed bread, spices, salt and onions.
5. Stage
Stir everything very well and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
6. Stage
Grease silicone molds with vegetable oil and place the stuffing. Sprinkle sesame seeds, cheese or nuts on top, to taste. Bake at 180 g. for about 30 minutes.
